湖北滯昆游客吃上“暖心湯圓”

元宵佳節(jié)吃湯圓，寓意團團圓圓、幸福美滿。為確保因新型冠狀病毒感染肺炎疫情滯留昆明的疫區(qū)游客能夠過上元宵佳節(jié)。2月8日一大早，昆明市經(jīng)開區(qū)維也納酒店（市政店）駐點工作組就為該酒店149名來自疫區(qū)的滯留游客送上了情意暖暖的“暖心湯圓”，表達春城人民對來自疫區(qū)滯留游客的節(jié)日祝福。

今年元宵佳節(jié)期間，共有來自湖北等疫區(qū)的2300多名游客滯留在昆明市31家集中安置酒店，無法與家人一起歡度佳節(jié)。昆明市文旅系統(tǒng)高度重視，積極組織各縣（市）區(qū)、開發(fā)（度假）園區(qū)準備節(jié)日禮物—“暖心湯圓”，為滯留昆明的疫區(qū)游客送上節(jié)日的慰問。

據(jù)統(tǒng)計，2020年元宵佳節(jié)當天，全市31家集中安置疫區(qū)游客的酒店累計為2300余名滯昆游客和駐酒店全體600余名干部職工送出“暖心湯圓”，讓集中安置的疫區(qū)游客在異鄉(xiāng)感受到來自家一般的節(jié)日氛圍和溫暖。

NCP Snapshot:sweet rice balls for Hubei guests

Quarantined travelers are enjoying China’s Lantern Festival delicacy in Kunming.

Glutinous rice balls, or tangyuan, is a musteat food during China’s Lantern Festival. 

The sweetness of the filling is linked to happiness and the round shape of the balls are a symbol of family togetherness. 

Chinese people believe both the shape and the taste can bring happiness and good luck in the new year.
