Letter to Inbound Travelers Entering

Yunnan Directly or via Other Chinese Cities

Dear travelers,

Welcome to Yunnan!

To contain the COVID-19 epidemic,

all the travelers entering Yunnan shall follow the prevention measures in accordance with the Announcement No. 12 issued by the Command of Leading Group on Novel Coronavirus Prevention and Control of CPC Yunnan Provincial Committee and People’s Government of Yunnan Province. For the health and safety of you, your family and others, please understand and cooperate with us in observing the prevention measures in this special period.　1.The prevention measures shall be equally applied to Chinese and foreign nationals. All the travelers’ religion and custom shall be respected.

2.People with travel history to the severely affected countries and regions in the last 14 days shall be placed under a minimum 14-day medical observation and receive relevant test. Those who test nucleic acid positive or display such symptoms as fever orcough shall be immediately transferred to designated medical institutions. Those who have tested nucleic acid negative twice after at least 14 days of medical observation shall be free to go back to their residence.

3.Travelers entering Yunnan from other countries and regions shall undergo temperature testing and medical inspection. Those who have such symptoms as fever or cough shall be required to stay for medical observation.　

4.During the medical observation period,you are free to use telecommunication devices for contact or information, and the food and accommodation costs shall be borne by you. There will be staff taking care of your needs. If you develop such symptoms as fever or cough, please report to the staff right away.　

5.Please follow the guidance of staff at the airport. Travelers whose behavior causes spread of the epidemic and disrupts public security, including refusing tocooperate, or intentionally concealing contact and travel history, and health conditions, will be held legally liable.

歡迎您來(lái)到云南！

鑒于疫情防控需要，根據(jù)《云南省人民政府應(yīng)對(duì)新型冠狀病毒感染肺炎疫情工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組指揮部第12號(hào)通告》要求，云南省對(duì)來(lái)滇所有旅客采取防控舉措。為了您和家人、公眾的生命安全和身體健康，請(qǐng)您理解支持并配合我們?cè)诜浅r(shí)期采取的特殊入境措施。

1.我們對(duì)外國(guó)公民和本國(guó)公民一視同仁，無(wú)差別地執(zhí)行我省疫情防控措施，并尊重所有人員的宗教和風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣。

2.我們將對(duì)14天內(nèi)有疫情嚴(yán)重國(guó)家和地區(qū)旅居史的所有旅客，實(shí)行不少于14天的集中醫(yī)學(xué)觀察和相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測(cè)。其中核酸檢測(cè)陽(yáng)性或有發(fā)熱、咳嗽等癥狀的人員，我們將及時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)送定點(diǎn)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)。在醫(yī)學(xué)觀察不少于14天并2次核酸檢測(cè)為陰性之后，您就可以放心回到住所繼續(xù)您的生活。

3.我們將對(duì)有非疫情嚴(yán)重國(guó)家和地區(qū)旅居史的旅客進(jìn)行體溫檢測(cè)和醫(yī)學(xué)巡查，有發(fā)現(xiàn)發(fā)熱、咳嗽等癥狀的，進(jìn)行留觀排查。

4.在集中留觀期間，您可以自由使用通訊設(shè)備，與外界隨時(shí)保持順暢聯(lián)系，食宿費(fèi)用由本人承擔(dān)。工作人員將為您提供日常生活保障和服務(wù)。若您出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱、咳嗽等癥狀，請(qǐng)第一時(shí)間向工作人員報(bào)告。

5.請(qǐng)您遵從機(jī)場(chǎng)工作人員引導(dǎo)，拒不配合或故意隱瞞旅居史、相關(guān)病例接觸史及病情情況，造成疫情擴(kuò)散，危害公共安全的，我們將依法追究法律責(zé)任。
